Kinda reminds me of the Padre Pia hoax.  Everything occurs out of sight.  If that's the angle, she should be attributing it to some manifestation of whatever religion.  Either black magic, the intervention of a deity or whatever.

But might be more pathetic.  Just plain Munchausen syndrome.

Proof that it's a hoax is that she's letting them grow the wires grow out of her.

I mean, get that poor woman to the hospital!!
First, the emergency room, then to the psych ward!

I mean, if had things growing out of me, I couldn't care why they were, I'd be calling 911, not letting my sister trim them!

Now another thing: could they please come up with hoaxes that weren't, like, totally gross!!!
I mean I still haven't gotten over that barf-enducing cadaver in Montawk!
