Cool interview with Phil. Man, I want to see his 'Moon Hoax' talk!!

It's about time you had Hoagland on!

Perry didn't really comment on the fact he appears to skeptical of the thousand of scientists that make up the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. I would be very interseted to hear his thoughts on that.

And was Adam insinuating that Natural Selection is a myth?!?!

Maybe she's sober for once, and that's what she sounds like normally. ;)

Nice puzzle Evan by the way. I can't believe you didn't even give us a cryptic clue. Bastard!

This one reminds me of a similar question in which the sequence turns out to be the number of moons per planet in the solar system.  But it obviously isn't that.

Multiples of increasing distances to planets?  Some elemental property perhaps, H, He, Li, Be ...?  Isotopes, allotropes, etc... ?  Number of times you shake a homoeopathic remedy?  It sounds so damn familiar ...

What are you thinking you sly son-of-a-gun?  Where's cosmicvagabond when you need him?

She sounds like Mecha-Rebecca.  The shiny aluminum replica of Rebecca.

She might be talking from the bottom of the empty vat.

"Mecca-Rebecca" ...  I like that. :D

No, he just said that he would like to test it.

I'm guessing something was wrong with her mic, and that was why she wasn't speaking much.

Here's the snopes page on the Coke dissolving tooth urban legend.  It gives possible sources for where the myth came from: http://www.snopes.com/cokelore/tooth.asp

I'd like Al Gore to provide solutions that won't crush what remains of the manufacturing sector in the US.  Punishing manufacturing in the US for polluting will simply move the manufacturing to Kyoto-exempt China.  Lawyers and movie stars will still be able to feed their children.  The poor and working class will pay the highest price.

How about an international team of scientists working together on shared technology?

Rebecca screwed up and had her mic settings wrong (she had her recorder set to the internal mic on her computer rather than her headset). She redubbed her science or fiction answer, that's why that was clear.

Yes, on a show called Mythbusters.
The results of that show often come out to show that the thing being tested is not a myth. Somehow I doubt that the Mythbusters are creationists.
