No you can't has it. It's nowhere near completion yet unfortunately, and I don't even know if real Mafia players would be interested in it. Anyway, no, I don't have time to join (see aforementioned project).

My first mafia game was Febo's epic mythology mafia.  It's about as nontraditional as mafia games get.  Worst yet, that game never actually ended >.<  We promise not to do those kinds of things to you, though.  Also, if any newbs have questions they want to ask of a disinterested 3rd party on one of these starter games, they are welcome to PM me.  I'm generally parked on the forums, and can provide quick answers.

Added Dave. Just a few more and we'll start up a game. If I'm the one that ends up running it I'll probably do a skeptical personalities theme much like the one Ape first ran on the forum.

I want to give the sign ups until monday night since some people don't check the forums on the weekend.

I'm bumping this again. I've got 7 people so far, which is doable, but it would be much better to have a couple more.

The way I learned was to jump in one and just play.
I was quite nervous my first time too - I didn't know what to expect or how to even really play.
The mod helps because he/she will explain your role and what your power is.
Mikeburnfire site helps a lot too.
You guys will catch on quickly.
The better BS artist you are, the better you will be at mafia.   

Agree with NM - it is a fun time, even if you die.
Simple games are good to start on.
When a theme and alternate roles get thrown in it can be a bit too much to take if you aren't used to it.

If history is anything to go by, I'll be the first one to be killed and then spend the rest of the game reading the fun that everyone else is having.
