Hmmm.. I have no idea. I would guess it is also in Germany because the beer ad is for Bitburger Pils which is a German brewery.

It seems familiar, although I have no idea what it might be.

I like that it's stylistically early Gothic/Italian Renaissance church architecture... but for a bunch of stores.

Here's a hint, actually two: It is in a city where the language is not Indo-European and the building itself is named after the City of Light.
