I've talked about radio lab before But I figured I'd be doing it again so it must go in the Zombie list.
The latest on the afterlife was once again fanfreakintastic! Weird stuff, but fantastic. My favorite part was the tennis in a coma segment. Freaked me out.

Awesome show! It kinda seemed like they went through a rough patch (and perhaps still are) with a lot of repeats sneakily repackaged. However the first 8 or so episodes that first appeared on Itunes were awesome! My favorite was the one on "Mortality" - awesome show! However, there have been some real duds within the past year. Remember that one they did on the "evils" of malls? It was just a series of interview fragments with young people strung together over about 15 minutes - if I wanted to go cry myself to sleep about the evils of malls I would curl up with a gallon of rocky road and a stack of books by the likes of J.K. Galbraith, Noam Chomsky and Naomi Klein.

Very cool content, but you can tell that at least 6 oz of weed goes into every postproduction session. The lethaaaaaaaargically slow pace sounds exactly like This American Life, which is jarring to some people.

I liked the interview with Richard Dawkins. Though I am pretty bias for Dawkins in most cases. I like the strange format that radio lab tends to come in and the topics they cover. Memory was probably one of my favorites.

This had me uncontrollably crying in my kitchen trying to make sure my wife didn't see. I want to shoot the researcher who did this to that chimp.
