I'm sure nobody expected it to get through without provision for quacks and money-grabbers ... but get yourself a health system first and then worry about making it better later. It might be your last chance for a long time.

Generally you can use your healthcare when traveling abroad. You just have to get reimbursed instead of the foreign doctors being able to accept it directly.
