I'm just going to say it, the main quest of mass effect 2 was simple and stupid.

Game is still awesome to play... but the story went from EPIC AWESOME in ME1 to boring and stupid in ME2.

Yeah, purely in terms of the story I agree. I mean, really, the "collectors?" Come on. But I thought ME2's execution was awesome!

Having just finished the game, I'm fairly satisfied with the story.  In a way, this kinda felt like the "Empire Strikes Back" of the Mass Effect series.  The plot wasn't quite the grand sweeping epic of the first, but it went a long way towards fleshing out the world while setting things up for the sequel.  And at the same time, it greatly improved on storytelling, presentation, and overall polish.

Of course, this analogy does give away the the ending of Mass Effect 3.

We now know that the Reaper fleet is going to be defeated by a horde of Volus.

ok, the MSV Estevanico is the glitchiest mission I've found. I got "stuck" in mid-air 4 times. and then after completing the mission I thought I had saved everything properly, I turned off my xbox, and then when I started the game up again today I was right back on the Estevanico.

I didn't have any trouble with it.  It's a shame that this is apparently such a buggy mission... because it was easily one of my favorite experiences in the game.  It was quite unexpected and immersive.  Right up there with the experience at the start of the game when you're in open space.

if it weren't so buggy I think my only complaint would be that it was too easy once you figured out how to get past the first obstacle.. I wouldn't have minded it if they threw in some spots you had to avoid because you would have tipped the wreck over the edge of the cliff, or maybe an area where you could actually fall to your death.

now I'm on that Hahne-Kedar assembly line mission. Is it just me or is it kind of dull? I died the first time through because my 5-month old wrestled the controller out of my hand, but it seems like as long as you're able to keep destroying slow-moving and relatively non-threatening LOKI Mechs you should be all right..

First you need to be a male shepard... then you need to do her loyalty mission... then you need to talk to her after every mission and always choose the flirty option, then right before the suicide mission you can do the nasty in the furturey.

Oh, and you don't have to be a male Shepard to romance Kelly.

I'm not sure its worth it to me, although Miranda is pretty freakin hot for a pixel babe.

That's because they modeled her after the actor who does her voice, Yvonne Strahovski.

If you're female you can roman that one guy or that other guy.

Also Morinth, which has the greatest romance EVAR.

I didn't actually get to bang Morinth, I think I picked the wrong conversation option and she caught on to me, and the Samara came in and kicked her ass.
