I think I might be loosing my mind?

When I first logged in this morning there was a new quote below my name, "All this is yours except Europa" or close to that and instead of stars I had smiley faces.  I was like, "COOL!" but now it isn't there.  Of course I didn't understand it and now you've gone and forced me to use up some of my quotation marks for next month.  At this rate I'll use up my yearly quota by the end of the month.  :laugh:

I know about them.  Every time an Easter Egg shows up there is a smiley with it.

You obviously hit the 2010 Easter Egg.  I have been documenting them in the whoreing thread.

I remember the first time it happened.  404

I freaked out because it said user account not found and had a smiley face.  I really thought somebody was deleting me, and I couldn't figure out any reason why!

But with my next post (which might have been a protest or something, it was so long ago) it vanished.  It wasn't until I realized it happened at post 404 that I suspected some skullfuckery going on.

When I said "you" I meant the faceless anonymous programmer who did it, not you.

FX already explained it. It is in reference to 2010: Odyssey Two. When I hit 2010 posts, I had recently made a comment regarding the space Odyssey, so I thought it was someone playing a trick on me.
