We don't know that. A majority never got to vote, probably because voting was open for less than 2 weeks.

I meant the majority of the people who voted, of course, but that's obvious enough to go without saying.

It's a rare poll that I'll leave open-ended timewise, especially when it's a board policy opinion poll.  Experience has taught me that if someone's going to vote on a board poll, they will vote on it within the first week of it being up.  The outcome would not have changed dramatically away from the 20% margin if I had left the poll open for longer.
