Anyone else stoked for the zombie series on AMC? Hopefully they bring Mad Men/Rubicon restraint and realism to this series.

I'm stoked for the series, but not at all stoked for the time slot. Why is every great show now put on at 10pm on Sunday night? Can't they find a better night?

I have been eager to watch this mini-series for months!  And, premiering on Halloween?  Well played!

I am excited for it, and I've also been recording Dead Set on IFC.  Haven't watched them yet, and they will be replaying all of them on Haloween in case you want to record them from the start.

I never heard of this. I like the idea of a bounded miniseries.

Never heard of this either.  Please watch an episode and let us know if it's worth recording.

Caught the premier of Walking Dead and it was fantastic. Really great production value, great acting (mostly), and great directing. Very suspenseful.

Frank Darabont has a good track record for this genre.   I will definitely watch this.

Looks good. I remember checking it out after a thread earlier in the year.

The promo video on the official site comes up with "The video you are trying to watch cannot be viewed from your current country or location". Anyone want to bet who here isnt going to be getting the show through legitimate channels?

Been watching Dead Set today, and it is well worth recording. They start replaying the whole series in about 45 min EDT
