That's murano glass sculpture. I guess. I took one with my cellphone years ago. I'll post it tomorrow.

Or something by dale Chihuly or one of his peeps.  I always want to call him dale Cthulhu.
That's the artist.  It is on display at the Clinton library in Little Rock.  The name of the piece is "The Millennium Tree"
