Breaking Dawn Causes Seizures?

Vampires don't just sparkle or bite you anymore.  Now they can cause seizures too it seems: http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/45442644/ns/today-entertainment/#.TtF2KPKLFEM
Quote
"Breaking Dawn" is causing some moviegoers to tremble -- and not in delight at the sight of a shirtless Robert Pattinson.

The penultimate installment of the "Twilight Saga" series of vampire movies -- which opened Nov. 18 -- has reportedly caused seizures in at least two audience members.

Hardly comparable to the number of fainting viewers of last year's "127 Hours," but still...

Roseville, California, resident Brandon Gephart claims that the film's birthing scene -- which in addition to graphic gore contains blasts of blinding light -- triggered an incident when he attended the movie, causing him to convulse.

I twitch every time I see a poster for this movie. Think I can sue?

Serves him right for going to see it.
Nobody these days holds the written word in such high esteem as police states do.  What statistic allows one to identify the Nations where Literature enjoys true consideration better than the sums appropriated for controlling and suppressing it.

Millions of people go to see a movie, a couple of 'em get sick in the theater, and suddenly it's "moviegoers dropping like flies at Breaking Dawn!"

Just media hype. I'm sure the studio loves it. You can't buy that sort of PR. Or, wait...maybe you can.
If you still hold the same views now as you did in high school, you probably should reexamine those views.

I wish people would use penultimate correctly.

I wish people would use penultimate correctly.

Are you saying that it is incorrect to use the term "penultimate" to describe the next-to-last film in a series?

I wish people would use penultimate correctly.

This is the correct usage, as this is the second to last Twilight film.

i'm conflicted about that. on the one hand, the stupid is almost over. but on the other hand, the stupid has one more installment.

i'm just really tired of all the poorly photoshopped movie posters at my bus stops. and the stupid billboard i have to see 6 days a week coming home on the bus.

I'm just glad my niece hasn't made me take her yet.  Another day without Twilight is a gift.
