I think it was more of the fact that she watches the show being aired with her family, and it was very uncomfortable for her. Not that no boob(s) will ruin the Qarth scenes, I just think it's a nice detail of the world of ASoIaF. She may not do the boob thing, but the Qartheen might.
Why would Jaqen H'ghar refer to the red god in his offer to Arya instead of the many-faced god, as a faceless man should?

Wow, finally an episode of season 2 that I really enjoyed. No unnecessary sex or torture scenes, each character's storyline made some progress, all in all a good episode.I don't know what specifically made this good, but it's beginning to pick up.
