I started to settle on Kepler 22e. Hope some of you guys come as well. I know Zyth is there. I already visited his tower.
I put some useful staff in the Box near the spawnpoint.

You'll find my "evil" lair + volcano quite close to the spawnpoint. You actually should be able to see the Volcano from Spawnpoint.

D'oh!

Holy shit, I totally killed the doctor. :argh:

hmmm, I'm wondering how hard it would be to make desert full of volcanoes using WorldEdit....I think an evil lair really needs to be in  a sea of volcanoes..
BTW Ben, are the new Portals working for you?

Agreed. I haven't tried them out yet. There is a nether portal at your home on kepler 22e and on the tower. I visited them.
Are they supposed to work? If yes they did not work for me.

PS:
Well i "volcanoed" it up a bit....
BTW there is also a pathway leading from my lair to Zyth's house.
I will built a another pathway from the lair to the tower.

Agh, the Nether portals, no they are not working and I don't know why.  :'( :'( :'(
However in my tower on the floor below is a Multiverse portal. There is a sign there. And on Gliese 581d in town is one near the castle made out of Redstone ore. And one in the Uni. on Kepler. And one on top of the castle in Gliese 581d.

There is also the /warp; /warp[warpname] and /setwarp function that should work to move around. But please don't use them on the Challenge map, that's simply cheating.

Late news...WTF!!!
I used the /mv tp gliese_581d_nether command to get to the Nether. I fell from a great height and died. Using /back I returned and survived to be just near the Nether portal where we are growing the nether pot. So I walked through and it worked, back to Gliese_581d! Back through again and in the Nether, so  now it works? I have no idea what happened, maybe a bug where one of the Nether portals lost their spawn point?

I made my own Nether Portal on Kepler 22e.
I "activated" it but when i am trying to go through its all starts to turn and become purple but i never actually leave the "normal" Kepler 22e.
If i keep standing on the portal i just keeps on turning and being purple. :)
I tried the portal on top of the tower and the same thing happened there.

Yep. I think there is some sort of clash between the usual vanilla portals and how multiverse handles multiple worlds.
What I can do is get the Nether version of Kepler 22e and set it as a viable world for the '/mv tp' command. We can at least use the '/mv tp Kepler_22e_nether' command to get there.
As for the lost functionality of nether travel then the /warp command can be used.
Sort of annoying although the functions of multiple worlds pretty much trumps the vanilla server IMHO.

Yeah agreed. Multiple Worlds are awesome.

By the way i found a village at Kepler 22e. Its not to far away from Spawnpoint or my Lair. There are also two open lava pits close to the village.... ;D

Coordinates are on the pic.

Yep, you can see the villiage on the map a few posts back. It also looks like there is a lava pit in the forest to the SE of the village.

New Kepler 22e shenanigans.

1.ITS A TRAP ! Mob Trap:

I also build 3 Snow Golem Watchtowers which look similar to the trap.

2. Open Crevice

Maybe we can do something with useful with the crevice? Any suggestions?
The Crevice goes very deep:

Bun  Industries is proud to announce the successful orbital insertion and deployment of a Bun Industries Carbon Nanowool Production Unit onto Gliese 581d! Another fabulous product from Bun Industries Colonial line of on-world resource production facilities. The Carbon Nanowool  sheep produce high quality, durable, carbon nano fibers that have thousands of uses on a interstellar planet.

This unit landed south of the Gliese 581d landing site.

The Bun Industries Carbon Nanowool Production Unit contains with in it the genetic strains of every available color of Carbon Nanowool Sheep currently available. Each dome contains a single color, with the main dome on top containing a larger space for our most popular color of Carbon Nanowool, white. Helpful guides and labels make finding your specific color easy. Bun Industries Carbon Nanowool Sheep are genetically engineered for higher growth rates and superior durability, and each dome is a full contained system that provide all the resources needed to sustain the Carbon Nanowool Sheep indefinitely. Carbon Nanowool Sheep are hermaphroditic clones, and are engineered to produce identical clone offspring, so you never have to worry about inbreeding or genetic deterioration with any number of generations.

*WARNING: Carbon Nanowool is extremely flamable, do no expose Carbon Nanowool to open flames, lava, combustible citrus, or temperatures above 90 degrees centigrade. Bun Industries is not responsible for loss of life, exposure to dangerous atmosphere, or infiltration of dangerous xenolife.

Someone might want to test this but I *think* I have flame spreading turned off. If I don't, I believe I could enable this. On a world be world basis even. If fire is an issue let me know.

Okay I'll go test it on AnarchistBunny's wool pixel art
