Double check the link again. You don't need to post the "watch" in the URL

I know, I was just trying to circumvent the embedding limit by using the 'flash' command (which is not normally necessary, auto-embedding is working fine).

The link should be working now. The music in it contains the theme that Zombie Nation would later use in their big hit. I didn't play that game, I just discovered it.

Btw, great thread :)

I could post the entire soundtracks to Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross, or FFVII and FFX. But you all already know those :)

Has anyone heard of this gem?

Also, is it old news that Chrono Trigger players were Rickrolled half a hundred times?

Ok, now that I've watched a whole bunch of those videos again, here are some more good ones (and some from other symphonies)

Mario Kart Double Dash - Baby Park

The music is simple and kind of stupid, but I'm so good at that level that the music grew on me.

Diablo II - Tristram Village Theme. Blizzard Games always have excellent music.

Half a year out still, and I already cream my pants every time I hear it.

Yeah, Blizzard has definitely had some great music in its time.  In particular, the soundtrack for WoW's previous expansion was perhaps the best they've ever done.

Here's three of them, but really I could probably feel justified posting the entire soundtrack for that expansion in this thread.

I've been a fan of the elder scrolls theme since first playing morrowind, but yeah, the Skyrim version is probably my favorite of them so far.

I absolutely love that game. Just discovered that the author has made the soundtrack available for free.

And pretty much everything from Chrono Cross. It's my favorite game of all time not because it's a great game (which it is), but because it has the best soundtrack.

Also, here's the song from the character select screen from a Korean-made game called Rusty Hearts that I'm beta testing. It's absolutely beautiful. And surprisingly the game's pretty good, too!

Loved the soundtrack to Phantasy Star II.  Of course, it's nowhere near what video game music is like today, but MAN they did a good job with what they had.  I also get the old Ghosts and Goblins music stuck in my head to this day, along with Super Mario Bros.
