I swear, I've researching this all day (actually, til about noon) for my website today.
Why is it that most DVD's, Blu-Rays and CDs come out on Tuesdays?
I've seen a lot of evidence that music is released on Tuesday because Nielson SoundScan begins tracking sales in Mondays?
But why movies?
Of course, there's no "official" answer to either format. But, is there anyone that knows? Anyone in the industry? or with other evidence?
