It also seems to me that having a page up while at work that has a lists of threads with the one at the top saying "Boobs... NSFW" might get people into trouble.

An employer doesnt need to actually see boobs for you to get in trouble. When you put a handy label proclaiming "Hey look! Here is unsuitable content on this forum!" its not beyond the realm of possibility that an employer might come to the conclusion that you are browsing forums that have unsuitable content...

"Explicit" should be removed as well if that line of logic is followed

Beleth, from the beginning all you had to say was that the written rules did not apply to your decision, and then explain your reasoning for the move.  It took quite a few posts to get to that point.  In the meantime you insulted my motivations by saying I was being prideful, condescended to me by telling me how sad you are about my poor decisions, ignored the conversation I was having with TLV which was perfectly amicable and moved onto glibly dismising any opinion than your own and in doing so brought an entire new accusation which I didn't even bother to address (i.e. calling my thread a "situations that are clearly disruptive of forum use"), ignored every point I made as to why boobs outside of explicit might not be inappropriate and acted like you'd somehow refuted that already, and then when you actually do provide your reasonsing you pull in the issue of feminism for no reason other than to slam me.

The initial question?  Yes.  You actually have.  This wasn't all about the initial question as I would love to discuss the merits of that answer as well, but somehow I don't see that happening.
