My son learned this the hard way. So did my paladin, which took me a year to get to level 58.

bah -- you just ened to play more -- and powerlevel him with your paladin (just set him to follow). I've done this for guildies before. It's easy with a lvl 70

I've got a heroic equipped Draenei Mage (70) (main)(Thorium Brotherhood) - JC, Tailoring
a holy NE priest (lvl 64)
a prot warrior in the building (lvl 36)
and a retired lvl 60 Troll mage (BWL equipped) I don't even know what server she is on now.

and a ton of alts when I'm REALLY bored

I've been playing for almost 1.5 years, mostly 2 evenings a week and weekends (after the wife goes to bed)
