Sure.  Kinda drawing a blank on movies that scared me as a kid so this is from a TV show.  This image in particular disturbed my fragile young mind and since it's not terribly descriptive I decided I'd trace it instead of free-drawing it.

Its from ST:TNG.  Probably second season, but it could be first.  One of the goriest ST eps I have ever seen.

It was the only episode of TNG that every really went there.  It was also the first episode my over-protective mother every saw of it when making her decision as to whether or not my brother and I could watch the show.  The second was years later and was the episode with that game that addicted the whole crew and the first scene of which was Riker playing it in bed immediately post-coitus (it appeared) with an almost completely naked alien woman.  FMNL (Fuck my nerd life...).
