They obviously bought some of these so they could fly at night for their migration. They're supposed to be in their breeding grounds in northern Canada already. They're running late so they decided to fly at night to make up for lost time.

A few weeks ago a bright green meteor was spotted about two hours drive from here. A local paranormal research group has been investigating. I checked out their website and they are quite busy.

Tomorrow they are having a talk given by one Dr. Lynne D. Kitei, M.D about the Phoenix Lights. Here is her website: http://www.thephoenixlights.net/

Yikes! A quick Google shows she has been on Coast 2 Coast AM a few times.

This paranormal group holds their meeting about an hour from where I live. The question is, should I go?

It's 2 blocks from where the CT Skeptics have had our last few meetups. Coincidence? Cosmic forces driving me to attend?

I was on a family vacation in Hawaii during the summer of 2010 when I took this photo. I didn't realize until recently, however, that there was an object in the upper right-hand corner of the photo. There were no balloons or para-sailors in the sky that day. ^Link

Another WTF from MUFON submitted reports.

Theres not a hole lot I can say about this.I found it in a creek.If this is not a real fossilized alien skull then mother nature made one hell of a cool looking rock.I'll just let the picture do the talkin.I have this in my home and want to have it checked for DNA.I've had it a couple of years and would love to find out once and for all if its a real alien skull or just a cool looking rock.My opinion is that it looks to real not to be.I know this sight is for ufo sightings but I thought you might want to check this out.I dont know where else to turn to for asking for help with this.You can have all the samples you need.I'm not opposed to you drlling in to it.^Link

Every day I receive several reports of alien sightings, extraterrestrial plans for Earth, and agitated screeds about the reluctance of scientists to take the whole subject seriously. Plenty of people think they have convincing evidence for other-worldly visitors, and they want me to know.

Stanton Friedman replied to Shostak's article. It's a long rant that didn't address anything Shostak said.

Here's the first paragraph. I have embiggened the funny.

I read your article with interest. I will give you credit for consistency. When you attended my “Flying Saucers ARE Real” lecture on the Queen Elizabeth 2 in 2003, you didn’t raise your hand as having read any of the 5 large scale scientific UFO volumes that I spoke of. In 2004 when we debated on Coast to Coast Radio, it was quite clear that you still hadn’t read any. That may be one of several reasons you lost the debate to me by 57% to 33% for you and 10% undecided . ^Link

Winning a debate on Coast2Coast when you take the woo-woo side is not something to brag about.

Another SOHO anomaly brings out the crackpots.

The weird, "lifesaver" UFO first reported this week, has been spotted by an intrepid SOHO hunter...

Intrepid? Browsing publicly available information on his laptop in his mom's basement?

Others are open to the possibility it proves the existence of extraterrestrial life capable of withstanding the Sun's blast furnace and using it to hide from humanity.

Hide from humanity? By allowing themselves to be seen by an orbiting Solar observatory? UFOlogists attribute near superpowers and omniscience to aliens when it suits their needs, but now suddenly the aliens don't know we have this platform that's been observing the Sun for 17 years? Surely the aliens can access our wi-fi, read all our languages, and know how to Google.
