I know I'll facepalm when someone says it, but the only possible person coming to mind is FX and I think Slayer's a worse offender probably because FX starts his own threads to do multiple posts in a row whereas Slayer does it in existing ones.

Yeah, but he used to ruin every single thread he posted in. Give him credit for changing his ways somewhat, but he's still a bad offender.

It always amused me because content-wise he's what you'd refer to as a "hit-and-run poster," but his repetitive posting style meant that he'd hit, run, throw it in reverse, hit again, run again, slam the brakes, throw it into gear, hit again, and finally run again.  While dozens of witnesses had taken down his plates.
