So when do we kill everyone over the age of 65 again?  That's the plan, right?  Oh, we're just going to let nature take care of it for us?  Well nature needs to hurry it's ass up!

Our kids are very close with them. They ask to see them all the time. It is partly because I have been meeting them every week since the 4 year old was a baby. We actually enjoy spending time with them. They are really good people otherwise. It's the religion that messes things up. And they do help us out a lot with babysitting. About once a month they take all three for a night or two so we can have a date. They will spend the night and have their own set of stuff at their house.
Have you tried emailing Ask Richard over at the Friendly Atheist blog?  He's usually pretty good with giving advice on these sorts of issues.

I disagree.  He's not "pretty good", he's awesome giving advice in precisely this kind of situation :)

Thorough, compassionate and pitch-perfect ~ I enthusiastically ditto Neon's suggestion, jmars :)

Here's the link:
Ask Richard

You can read/peruse plenty of past letters he's responded to and find the info to conctact him.  I wish you well and good luck with the situation jmars

Threaten to not let her see the kids every week if she doesn't stop.
^ Don't use the kids as pawns. It will only make it worse.

Trust in the fact that you and your husband will be the best role models for the kids and they will learn what they live not what some crazy old bat tells them.

I agree, but I might mention that your overstepping of already laid out boundaries make y'all uneasy about having her alone with your children. Tell her to lay off until it's open season on your kids.

It would be kind of cool to have a gem implanted in your hand. Of course it wouldn't be good for hawking because he wouldn't be able to see it to know when his time was up.
common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.
