As a long time listener of the podcast and participator in the sguforums, I wanted to give a head's up that I released an album this week and I named all the song titles after something on the SGU podcast (news, references, etc). Here on iTunes.
http://itunes.apple.com/us/album/black-hole-shadow/id517619471The album is Black Hole Shadow, named after a recent science story about taking a photo of a black hole's shadow (sounds kinda dirty now that I type it out).
The songs were written for a Speed Racer video game on iOS.
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/speed-racer-the-beginning/id507046660?mt=8I hope in some way that this helps to spread the word and the work of the SGU (I found the SGU initially through Jeffrey Rowland's comic Overcompensating, so you never know).
Here's the track listing:
1 Broken Arrow of Cause and Effect
2 Dunning-Kruger Effect
3 Black Hole Shadow
4 Photovoltaic Dreams
5 Face on Mars
6 Memoirs from Zombie Proof Fortress (Wish You Were Here)
7 Schrödinger's Undead Kitty
8 The Killer’s Cardigan
9 O.M.G. - It's Full of Stars
10 Transmission: Hacker Satellite
11 Baby Mammoth with a Jetpack
Some of them are more self explanatory than others, some tongue in cheek (obviously track 8 is a 2001 reference with a Bob twist added in) and some a bit silly...

Anyway, it was a fun project and fun to link my music to skepticism in some fashion (finally).
