I was playing with this one on the phone, and the web app, and the downloadable Flash app for a while. And, then of course, there is the tiltshiftmaker.com web app. But, having grown up on PS since 91*, I always find ways to fiddle there. Every tutorial out there is in some manner the gradient tool in quick mask mode, and some tweaking of saturation/brightness/contrast (the "Lens Blur" filter works better than the filters suggested in this link, in more recent versions of PS).This shopping cart got over post processed, I think, lost in between some nightmarish combination of tilt-shift and Lomo.
