I hate you Zytheran...

Yeah, pretty catchy isn't it? >:D

Yeah.  I was very happy when I managed to get it out of my head years ago.

I have a lot of respect for those who have chosen to serve in the US armed forces, though I have never served. My father served in Vietnam on two tours and never pressured us to become a military family, I think he new what the ultimate cost could be, and he's always been quiet and humble about his service record. Even though he's very active in his local VFW and in raising money for local vets returning from overseas he rarely ever mentions his time in the military.

It pisses me off to no end when people use their military service as a soapbox to claim their patriotism. No one is ipso facto more of a patriot for having a service record and it's incredibly insulting to people like my father when people wear it like a badge in order to command respect when they're not willing to behave in a respectful manner.

Since I know you're still reading this truthbadger, stick it up your ass. You shame your fellow service members.

The Combat Corollary: It is a universal constant that those who openly and frequently speak of their combat experience were never in combat. If you meet someone bragging about their time in combat you can be sure they are lying.

You know, now that I reflect on that, it seems very true.

My Grandfather was in WWII.  He did have stories about being in the war but none of them were ever about combat.  I later found out that he had had 4 tanks blown up with him inside.  Chew is right, anyone bragging about their combat either has mental problems or was never in combat.

I was about to call BS on that Chew, but now that I think about it, the only time I've openly talked about my combat experience has been with other vets who were doing the same.

Both my Grandfathers were in WWII as well.  One was a B-17 pilot and the other worked for the OSS.  Neither really talked about the combat either and the one in the OSS didn't talk about anything to anyone; even my grandmother never knew what he went through. Can't say that I know this to be a hard and fast rule, but as a rule of thumb I think it makes sense.

I used to be a moronic, sick in the head truther goon as well. This post demonstrates just how far truthers can fall into their own delusional world of false information and conspiracy. Thankfully multiple SGU skeptics provided this mentally ill individual a first rate example on the power of critical thinkers putting their minds together and working as one unit.

Who is actually going to believe a DR Griffin Cult, hit and run disinfo specialist when he claims he is a veteran? Get real! Thanks for taking the time to point out the facts here people. Luckily we have honest caring vets like drwfishesman among our ranks. So willing to step up and offer a helping hand with his email suggesting VA help. This to an enemy with a damaged soul beyond repair who probably didn't deserve such a kind gesture. Especially after he was properly kicked out of the SGU forum vicious harassment.

Which moderator finally got to boot this fool after he tried spawning that whole USMC funeral sympathy BS. If anybody knows, I’d love to send that fine skeptic a personal thank you. Those with severe trutherism should be handled exactly as this obvious vet imposter was.

To all of you! Thanks for popping in after Beleth (must have done the good deed) booted this goon. Making sure this sad individual's message was buried was more important than you all realize. This type of posting is the ultimate cause of the 911 trutherism virus he displayed so openly. The less people who see it the better! Falsely claiming to be a veteran, while criticizing the government, is an obvious trait of this disease. All of you picked up on that quickly, and once he was gone...you really put him in his place!

This topic is interesting.  While there is little chance of some shadowy group of always on paid agents to instantly jump on any forum post about certain topics, the regulars who are always on actually fulfill the same function.  I've watched this happen for a decade or more.

The thing is, different forums have different sets of what is considered not-allowed.

All joking aside Robert, did you get my email or not? I spent a long time on that email and it was heart felt. And even though I'm a smart-ass who makes fun of your paranoid delusions, I do think you need some help and I do care. And don't send me private messages with cryptic one word allusions like "vanish" it's puerile. Just tell me what's on your mind before they ban you again.
