Also, sorry.  I didn't get any proper pictures of me taken this weekend, but here was me 10 pounds ago (in case you didn't see it in the what do we look like thread).  I think my boobs are a little bit smaller and my arms are a little larger, but otherwise, I don't know where the 10 pounds fell off from.  I'm still trying to get rid of this wee bit of fat around my mid section to show the 6 pack abs I'm sure are floating around in there.

Thanks for posting; you guys have saved me from the deep, deep shame of thread failure.

You look great, Karyn—night and day (no, didn't see in the other thread). When you say 10 lb ago, it's a bit ambiguous as to whether you've since lost or gained.

Sorry.  I've lost 10 pounds since then.  That was last summer, and all 10 pounds came off in 1 week.  My body is strange.

boring, eh... no cleavage.

Yes, you can really tell how fat you are in the arctic survival suit.

You don't look nearly as grumpy as I imagined you, in fact, you look rather jovial.  >:D

LM looks like Geoffrey Rush. Nice hot-tub, btw.

Karyn, that's quite a transformation! Lookin' good!

I lost a few lbs in the last year or so, but still pudgy around the middle. I should probably eat less pizza. I try to walk as much as possible...usually home from work (about 4 miles). Hoping that'll increase with the weather warming up.

I generally am quite good natured. People invite me on trips where that sort of outlook is desireable.  I only get shirty when it's down to counting raisins for tea.

I think I was enjoying too much of my birthday Ben Riach when posting and added one hundre kgs to the numbers.

You know how in movies it always shows the hero training and getting thin and fit through a montage ? I was thinking about doing the same thing :) Then market my montage training method and get RICH! (and make another montage about that).

You can ignore me if it's too personal, but did you have to have that skin removal surgery?

It's OK, I can talk about pretty much anything with regards to my weight.

I still have a lot of loose skin, but I've been impressed with the amount of elasticity skin has. I may give my body a couple of years at this new size and see how tight it gets.

There is still a small fold under my belly and my doctor has told me it can lead to irritation and infection. If my skin causes me any problems, I'll get it cut off right away, because I'm not gonna put up with that crap.

She's still around. We've been married for 10 years now. We'd only been dating for a few of months when that picture was taken.

Awesome job, sir. Awesome.

I've posted my before and after pics elsewhere in the forum (the what do we look like thread, IIRC) but there's no way I can re-post after this achievement.

Maybe after another 10kgs.
