Regarding dark matter content of the universe (don't know if you corrected this at the end - I'm only 15 minutes in) -- So, content of the universe is 100%.  Baryonic matter - what we're made of, stars are made of, etc. - is 4.6ish%.  Dark matter is 23%, dark energy the balance, 72%.  So she was combining dark matter and energy.

Thanks Stu!  We didn't correct that, we kind of just decided that the exact figure wasn't really that important to the discussion.  But I have nothing against pedantry, so I appreciate the clarification.
