There are many forums dedicated to the minimalist footwear fad.

If you are feeling no love here for your chosen foot cladding then there are places that will tell you that your consumer decision has made you wiser than Solomon and fleeter of foot than Hermes.

Of course it is possible he may be along any second to say that no I am quite incorrect and he meant you should just piss off with your creepy shoes..  >:D

lol that's my point as well -- wear what ya like.  I have my reasons for them and it's certainly not like wearing a bloody magnet around my wrist.  I don't like footwear so I try to wear as little as possible without pissing off my wife or boss (same thing, really).

The forum thing confused me because why the hell would I join a skeptical forum looking for love about my footwear?  lol
