The Legend of Korra

(1/2) > >>

PANTS!:
Anyone else watching this. It really is quite well done.

Ansalem:
Yeah, I'm liking it so far. It's a bit more mature than the original in some ways, which is good considering Korra and friends are older than Aang and friends, but it still has the same charms. I love the characters for the most part, especially the little boy airbender. The art style is similar, but somewhat different, too. Which, again, I like because it matches the setting and the industrialization the world is going through.

I'm ready to start seeing more Avatar stuff, though. The flashbacks of Aang's life were pretty cool, but I want to see more of that. I like the fact that Korra is apparently interacting with past Avatars differently than how Aang did.

It's well-done, and reminiscent of the original series without being more of the same.

Cybrmynd:
I think the High Def makes the series that much better. It reminds me more of an anime than a kids cartoon. I guess calling the original series a kids cartoon show is a bit unfair, since it had a lot of things that could stimulate an adult such as myself, but Legend Of Korra for me adds so much with its 3d graphics and high def quality. So yeah, I'm digging it quite a bit. The animation is great.

goodthink:
Loving the show.

I think my favourite character so far is Lin (sp)

PANTS!:
I have this wild theory that Amon is a spirit. One that Aang pissed off.  Maybe the face stealer.
