Micro Break Software
« on: Jun 13, 2012, 04:28:22 AM »
Anyone have any recommendations for micro break software? Think I'm going to try some out. My daily hours of vegetating can't be healthy.

Found a very simple one just typing "micro break" into Cnet's search. It's basic, but gets the job done.

The one I'm using is called Big Stretch Reminder (free).

I've got it set for 20 minutes, and I'm finding it a considerable pain in the ass to get up that regularly. I'm going to try to forge ahead with it, though. I suspect it might be quite important.

Bound to be something. I'm on Android, too, but I'm using PC software for this. I figure the more invasive it is, the more likely I am to follow through.
