I ain't reading through all this, but I just want to say I posted the link from the OP on Facebook and it really showed us who certain people really are. To wit, certain people launched right into the victim-blaming and got really angry and tried to shame those of us who don't think rape is funny.

Apparently a man's right to make rape jokes is far more important than any harm he causes by doing so.

You do not get to interrupt a comedy show by yelling out.  You do not get to do it.

Just to be clear, I do not like Tosh.  He is a fairly bland comedian, and I do not find him all that funny.  His rape jokes aren't funny in the least.  But a person who chooses to yell out is open game.  In this case, Tosh wasn't all that great at handling it.
