Best SoF was the recent Thanksgiving one.

Best segment was the one by Rebecca about the clocks being off in Europe due to power fluctuations (I don't remember all the details, but it was a great segment).

I have to agree that the funniest moment was just last episode:

Steve: Let's move on to the next segment.
Richard Wiseman: I've got a dead dog in my garden.

And everyone just goes WTF for like a minute.

I would actually say the best segment for me was when you reviewed "Prometheus" (#363). The take-down of it was absolutely perfect. It would be cool if you did more reviews of movies and tv shows. Not all the time, obviously, just ones that have serious trainwrecks of science and/or skepticism fails in them.

I need to write these things down. I know part of the point is that the most memorable ones will deserve to get end of year mention, but whatever the name is for recency bias is what causes me havoc trying to help with these things.

My own heuristic availability bias makes me nominate Heidi Hemmet (the TV reporter who screwed up the Denver UFO coverage) for Jackass of the Year. Burzynski and his PR goon who tried to intimidate bloggers critical of his clinic get my first runner-up vote.
