False analogy.  A vacation is like being sick?  Hmmm...  You take poor vacations.

Regarding the Shakira/hot one, it's not affirming the consequent. Affirming the consequent is "If P then Q. Q, therefore P." The Shakira argument is "P is a. R is a, therefore P is R." so I think it's actually fallacy of the undistributed middle.

Argument from final consequences: that the consequence of God's nonexistence is unpleasant doesn't make his existence any likelier.

False premise: morals still exist in the abscence of God.

Give me a second and I'll post a new fallacy, but I didn't want to be scooped.

Edit: Wikipedia calls the first fallacy "appeal to consequences, also known as argumentum ad consequentiam". But they're called arguments from final consequences on the SGU logical fallacy page, so I figure I'm okay.

I thought cum hoc ergo propter hoc was the most prominent one, plus the unstated major premises that 1.) you are not an atheist and 2.) you want to be smarter and better educated.
