Good deals on hard drives?
« on: December 22, 2016, 06:34:55 AM »
I am going to need to buy in the next few months an additional 3 tb, 4 tb, or larger hard drive.
Looking for any good deals so if somebody sees one, please post them?

What are you going to use this disk for (boot? applications? backup? media server? NAS? something else?)? Depending on application, specs can matter.

Yeah, I'd go with reds, too.  But it somewhat depends on how many drives you will have in your system.  If you're going to have more than two, you want the extra vibration protection that the reds offer.
