Started painting my first D&D Mini

It was much harder than I thought! Ack it's tiny.

Nice job!
Such close up photos are never flattering for mini painting, but that would look great on the table.

One suggestion for future would be to grab an exacto knife or similar and carefully clean/trim some of the mould lines. Its especially easy with Bones plastic.

Right? That photo is like 6x as tall as it is in reality. I started to do it and I felt like I had smoothed down a lot, but once I painted it, the lines really stood out.

Yar mould lines are the worst.  If you do a lot of this sort of thing, you end up with thumbs covered in tiny nicks and cuts from trimming.

That looks pretty great; I take it you are playing a bard? They are badass.

I am still not sure if I want to get into painting all of mine. Like, do I need a new hobby right now? Ugh. I have so much to do in Destiny.

That looks pretty good to me!
My DM has offered to paint mine because I'll do such a crap job I never bothered. I think it bugs him enough and he's a great artist. Win-win!

Nice mini.  She could crack walnuts with those buns of steel.

Looks like a sculpt by Werner Klocke. He has a pretty distinct style known by Reaper Mini fans as "Klockenbooty" :P
