Funny Songs and Musical Numbers
« on: March 23, 2017, 10:59:03 AM »
Plx post them here.

I will start because I BEGAN THE THREAD SUCKAS

From the Book of Mormon, HASA DIGA EEBOWAI!

Either Rachel Bloom or Santino Fontana is my sprit animal so there is this (sadly Fontana left the show and I am bereft  :zombie: )

(also, the theme song for S2... oh my GOD. I didn't think it was possible for a theme song to be better than S1 but it managed to beat it... the awkward pause at the end ALONE)

And finally because I want to be more inclusive than comedy musical numbers...

This thread needs more Flight of the Conchords.

The thing I love about them is that they hit genre/artists *so* well. This, of course, is a total send-up of Marvin Gaye...

There's one they do on Bowie that's a lot more on the nose but is still pretty great. Black Eyed Peas tho...

And, um, just general hip hop?

Now where I come from
We don't let society tell us how it's supposed to be

We cross our bridges when we come to them and burn them behind us, with nothing to show for our progress except a memory of the smell of smoke, and a presumption that once our eyes watered.
