It was 10 degrees F here yesterday. (Negative 12 C.) Put on my winter jacket to go out to the mailbox, and reflected how glad I am not to live in North Dakota anymore.

To see the CP Rail holiday train.  One of the cars pops out a concert, the others all have lights and stuff.  It was actually pretty fun, and we were properly equipped for it.

I have a whole bunch of dowel that's too thick that I long to make stuff out of, but all I have is a small belt sander and a dremel ....don't get me wrong, I can get the job done, but it's insanity.

Bit of an oops with my lathe. Wood shot off and whacked me in the face.
Just a scratch, not even going to get a cool scar from it.

I'm on TV but I got upstaged by Gabrielle Union!

Being Mary Jane 04_01

Power went out and the director decided to roll with me still fixing the screens in the scene.

I wore a suit today for our "holiday" party (where the "holiday" is apparently MLK Day or something) and so I thought I'd share...
