science or fiction on the forums?

maybe one of the hosts can start a science or fiction thread on the forums.  someone can post the three claims each week, we all get to post our picks, and the answers are revealed at the end of the week.  we could take turns hosting it.

might be fun.

???
 didn't do it.

yea it'll be fun to have some polls up everyweek concerning psuedo-sciences and common day beliefs that are crap.

No need to wait for one of the hosts, anyone with the necessary data can start a thread in the likes of Science or Fiction. ;)

But would use of Google be allowed?  Because if it was, the contest would be over in three seconds.  The thing with science or fiction on the podcast is that  the rogues answer based on what they've read previously or believe is plausible, not what their google-fu yields.

One way would be to set up a "meeting" in some kind of chat program or site (not too hard) and present the questions to be answered in real time by anyone who's present.

Don't know about you jokers, but I have broadband, I can google in a matter of seconds.

I'm the fastest googler in the west!

Of course we can confine ourselves to things which have deliberate misinformation present on the internets.  Wikipedia has a wealth of stupid in it.
