Interesting, I had to do a bit of research after this.

Steve says that osteopathy 'became part of scientific medicine' ...

That gave me a slight wtf? moment, considering my personal experience with osteopaths. An experience involving craniosacral therapy and silly claims about being able to detect problems by feeling my head for some kind of rhythm or energy.

Craniosacral "osteopathy" is a nonsense therapy that most orthodox osteopaths reject. It seems to barely any different from 19th century phrenology.

Is anyone else noticing that the '5 minutes with 5 skeptics' is getting longer and longer?

I think every podcast has podcast inflation. Having a set length as part of your title is just asking for trouble, IMO. I'll bet Eventually it's going to 79:57 just like the main show...
