HI Steve, or anyone knowledgeable on the subject.

My mother, who is a nurse and received (as far as I know) standard medicine from a condition she called "drug induced Hepatitis".  A side effect apparently from her thyroid, and arthritis medication.   Her doctor prescribed Chelation therapy.   I was skeptical at the time, but wasn't sure.  What's your take on Chelation for medication induced hepatitis?

update on the question.

I left some information out.  In her nursing duties she was in contact with a person with a hefty cast of TB.  Her doctor prescribed her with preventative medicine called aravia.  This is what ultimately led to her having liver problems.  The Chelation she received was a oral powder with a yellowish color. She will get back to me on the name.

Can't help you Chef Fincher.  Google is spazzing out and keeps on thinking that Aravia is arabia.
