Really good with PS? Want a quick job?
« on: October 20, 2010, 08:11:53 AM »
I would like to have someone photoshop a couple of my daughter's photos.  Just add an animal or something else small into the photo.  I have zero skills in this area so I need to hire.  Please post here with a sample of your work.  I'm thinking $10 for 2 pictures.  If this is unreasonable let me know.

My wife is really good at PS. I'll ask her.
I expect to pass through this world but once;
any good thing therefore that I can do, or any kindness that I can show to any fellow creature, let me do it now;
let me not defer or neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again.

I had nothing to do with creating them.. for the record.

I do have Adobe Creative Suite on my work computer so if you're in a bind I can probably put something together, but I am not by any means an "expert". I only use photoshop for preflight print QC.

You should have put a wolf in there.

That would have been bad ass.

Or three wolves. Howling at the moon.

You could post the same request to Fark...

Sorry, that joke was a dumb one on my part. If you posted this request to Fark.com you'd get a few really good ones, as well as at least one photo where people have layered on so many Fark photoshop cliches that the original image if vaporized. You'd also get 20 variations on Pedobear, at least three instances of "alien" and a few photos where people randomly replaced the child with a porn star and hid it behind a NSFW link.

I don't have any samples with me at work but I'll try to remember to post some later.

If I had any artistic skills I would do it pro bono.  :(

I did this for a photoshop challenge a year ago or so.
I haven't really used PS since then.

something quick. I just pulled the first kid picture I saw in my facebook feed and added the dogs. I can do better, and unless you need a shitload of stuff, or super high quality stuff, no reason to charge.

You guys are the awesome sauce!  Once I get the prints in my hands (still can't decide exactly which ones to shop) I'll be back.  Skulker you are so sweet.   :-*
And Caffiene that is exactly the kind of thing I meant though jaypee's was funny.
