I just started Get Shorty last night! I'm really excited about it. Only seen the first episode but so far it's really great.

I am enjoying Patriot.  It is quite surreal.  Plus, Afternoon Spray is just so dirty.

I'm really enjoying Dark on Netflix.  A German, dark sci fi story about a little town where a bunch of kids are disappearing.

Yeah, I'm so glad people here alerted me to that show. There's so much texture.

Jesus.
I just finished A Series of Unfortunate Events on netflix.
I'm so sad that its over. Every moment and every frame was a joy to me. I want to read the further adventures of Sunny Boudelaire but realise that some stories are best left where we leave them.
It was such a great show, the cast, the costumes, the dialogue and the music. Everything was designed to get to me.
And the representation of LGBTQ and minority people was fantastic (to my eye at least).
I look forward to the future careers of all the young people involved.

I've never seen any of those but the hilarious design on these two might obligate me to check it out:

Has anyone watched Forever on Amazon?
It's pretty surreal and definitely not something everyone would be into but I really loved it and I've been thinking about it since I finished it.

Spoilers really ruin things so I'll just say it's a story about commitment and taking chances and that Fred Armisen and Maya Rudolph are both fantastic in it as an extremely believable married couple.
I disavow anyone in the movement involved in any illegal, unethical, sexist, or racist behavior. However, I don't have the energy or time to investigate each person and case, and a lack of individual disavowals for each incident should not be construed as condoning such behavior.

I did not get a chance to watch any of Season 3 yet, since I was working late.  I'll try to watch it soon.  I really enjoy the show, and especially the casting.

Based on your post we will watch it.

I agree with Harry's assessment, but I think it's worth pointing out that the show is both absurd and surreal and will not at all appeal to everyone.

I watched it and loved it. I agree that you should go in blind and saying anything about the show at all is essentially a possible spoiler.

Just started the pilot to A Series of Unfortunate Events. Reminds me of The Princess Bride.  It immediately comes across as a great execution on the 'fun for the whole family' approach

edit: I'm on episode 2 and they should straight up kill Olaf.  The brother should volunteer to take the heat.

I'm still waiting for Travelers S3 on Netflix.  I hope it just shows up one day, too.  Either they're not bothering with advertising and it could show up any minute (please) or they will bother with advertising once it's a few months out.

Not to spoil the surprise but according to iMDB it'll be out December 14th.

Finally started watching this. Been meaning to since I saw this recommendation.

It was fun from the start but it gets exponentially better after episode 6.
