The League of Nerds
« on: June 07, 2015, 10:39:11 AM »
I am attempting to earn my cape and tights from The League of Nerds. This is my second appearance with James and Myles. Here's the YouTube version of our discussion on GMO vaccines for animals, Bill Nye and his "evolution" at NECSS, and more.

Mary, you are an awesome advocate for rational science. I see you all the time on G+ and it's great to see you posting in here.

@drwfishesman: Thanks so much for the warm welcome :)

I have been trying to increase my visibility in science advocacy, and Myles and James were nice enough to ask me to be on their podcast. It's nice to have a friendly place to start talking out loud and practicing audio interviews. It's very different than typing in comments, you know?

After watching all his AIDS videos, I don't know how I missed the fact that Myles is in this podcast.  Some of my current science podcasts are starting to wear thin, so maybe I'll add this to the rotation.
