I'm not sure you can call it trolling if he's being sincere. He sounds like a nice, but albeit uninformed nice guy.
Some of his stuff is veeeery obvious (like there's one where he accuses Italian restaurants of shortchanging you by only putting 2 or 3 really long strands of spaghetti in your pasta). Also, he was recently interviewed on Vox and dude's a late 30s man who likes to troll people.

That's only a dark ghost, I'm not sure that can be construed as honest evidence of a troll.

Mostly trolls live under bridges and charge goats outrageous tolls for crossing them.

I think this is just a nice dark ghost, who's nice.
