My guilty pleasure corny music faves are things like the lush string tunes like "Theme from a Summer Place" (Percy Faith) and "Love is Blue" by Paul Mauriat.
Probably because of memories of my parents listening to a "beautiful music format" (basically Muzak) radio station when I was a little kid.

My other guilty pleasure is "Sunshine Pop" songs from the late 60s. Basically a cousin of "bubblegum pop". Basically it is happy pop tunes with all sorts of vocal harmony.  the Association, Spanky and Our Gang, the Turtles.

I usually only listen to this stuff to help alleviate the pains of a nasty hangover.
