My tablet and phone are USB-C, my wireless headphones, Kindle and bluetooth speaker a micro-USB for charging.  One of my keyboards are regular USB, the other is wireless, both mice are wireless...all wireless actually use a USB dongle.

I didn't mention my phone and iPad, which use a Lightning connector because Apple. But guess what is at the other end of the Lightning cable?

... in war the screams are loud and harsh and in peace the wail is so drawn-out we tell ourselves we hear nothing.

I loved this. Back in the era of this photo I went to visit a software contractor working on a project for my company, and I asked to meet the programmer I was primarily communicating with on the project. They hesitated, saying he did not like to be disturbed while working. Turns out that he had voluntarily moved himself into an unfinished alcove underneath a stairwell with a single light hanging in order to "get into the coding zone." Brilliant guy, but would probably be diagnosed today with Aspergers.

Haha superficially this looks exactly like the PLC hardware I specify today.  Of course, I can probably get 100,000x the total computing power into just one of those card slots...

Long long ago one of the rogues ejaculated the idea that he had the equivalent of what Hollywood has in the camera on his phone. My magic 8 ball says "doubtful".
