Pretty sure that's a typewriter.

It's a 1980s word processor. My own phone is installed with a word processor app, though I hardly ever use it.

And no, the phone can't print hard copies unless I connect to a network with a printer. Congratulations on pointing out that something in this silly Internet meme is not 100% accurate.

The last house I sold, from the Realtor contracts to almost all of closing, was mostly done by electronic signature, much of it "signed" through my phone.
