Looks familiar.  We're having a new projector installed in our theater (hell of a nice one, too), which means ripping out all of the old cables and pulling new ones.  Quite the mess, and took a good four hours just for the cabling.

Did you run SDI?

Nah. We went with HD-BaseT over CAT6. Came down to money, mostly. We're using Crestron wall plates front and back of house feeding the projector directly (no matrix switch), with analog audio being fed back to the sound booth from the projector. The projector has 1 x HD-BaseT input; the other feed will be converted to HDMI. The wall plates and converter can handle up to 4K @ 60Hz.

For comparison, we're replacing a 13 year-old, 3200-lumen SVGA (800x600) LCD projector.  A 6000-lumen UXGA (1920x1200) laser DLP projector ought to last us some time, I should think.
