Polygon and Cracked for sure!
Didnt realise polygon had a youtube channel!
+1 on Cracked. Youtube is their strongest content right now.
Polygons' YouTube is hurting a bit with the Nick Robinson thing, since he was big for several of their running shows. They haven't taken anything down though, and they have a mix of self-contained shows with a definite arc and running series like Monster Factory.

I had not heard about this, really sucks, I really liked Nick.  I read up on it here.

I found his statement contrite, which is good, but it really sucks to see a personality I enjoyed was acting scummy.

Yeah, I both believe that he didn't consider fully his actions and also that he intends to change. I also don't fault Polygon at all for distancing themselves. In the mean time, there are new shows and new contributors on the YouTube channel.

Speaking of new, Cracked has seen some major changes since Jack O'Brien left, and my favorite show After Hours maybe has a new cast? And some new shows. Sometimes change is good.

I don't watch YouTube enough to have "favorite" channels. But there are some musicians I cannot find commercial recordings of, but who are on YouTube. One is Early Music In a Different Way:

Or this organist, who totally blows me away:

I still watch many gaming channels, my two favorites being
Northernlion

Zisteau

Non Gaming Channels
CGP Grey - All around awesome videos on many different subject matters

Crash Course - Different series on various topics, in depth and well produced

Every Frame a Painting - Haven't seen any uploads for a while, but extremely well done technical spotlights on movies and filmmakers.

minutephysics - Short interesting single subject single videos

Numberphile - Interviews with maths professors on interesting single topics

Philip DeFranco - Well done daily news recap, with clearly identified interjected opinion, typically stuff I agree with, not always

Primitive Technology - Sporadically released, shows ways to craft structures and tools from primitive methods only.

Scam School - Brian Brushwood shows how to use simple tricks and magic to get free drinks at the bar

The Modern Rogue - Fun series, my favorite was the proper ways to taste whiskey series

Started watching ContraPoints based on enkidu's links in relevant discussions.
Basically really sharp and insightful videos explaining various concepts of social justice or addressing things like debating the alt-right.
I hate the format (tongue in cheek experimental student film style short films) but the content is fantastic.
