The fish coming out of my fish cooker is getting better and better as I get better at knowing how long to cook it. Yesterday and today I had steelhead, which Wikipedia tells me is the same species as rainbow trout, but it migrates from fresh water to the ocean, and back, like salmon, to which apparently it is related.

Steelhead are Anadromous = move between fresh and salt water. They are related as Family and Species.
